17.         Consideration/possible action approving the addition of three-year contracts with Great Plains Communications and authorizing the necessary signatures for the following:

a.    An upgrade to 1G/1G speeds for internet at a rate of $149.95/month for the Sheriff’s Department 17a.pdf

b.    300 x 300 speeds for internet at a rate of $94.95/month for the Election Office at 92 W. 5th St. (service will begin when the office opens) 17b.pdf
